BUSINESS FACILITATION SARLU is seeking a highly qualified Chinese national to support its strategic partnerships with local mining operators in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in business development, contract negotiation, and cross-cultural coordination.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with Congolese and international stakeholders
✅ Strong negotiation and discussion skills, capable of handling complex commercial contracts
✅ Excellent communication abilities, both in formal and operational contexts
✅ Solid understanding of tender management, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
✅ Ability to collaborate with local mining partners, respecting industry standards, safety protocols, and cultural dynamics
Mission Objectives:
- Strengthen BUSINESS FACILITATION SARLU presence in key mining zones (Haut-Katanga, Lualaba)
- Secure new contracts and expand service offerings
- Facilitate communication between Chinese and Congolese teams
- Support compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable development goals
